I’m not a fan of leaves in my smoothies…spinach included. However, in an attempt to change that I took to the kitchen and whipped this up, and boyyy was it good.
I don’t do measurements, but I believe it may have looked somewhat like this:
1 handful of spinach
2 frozen strawberries
6 frozen blueberries
100ml of milk (almond, soya, your choice)
1 tbsp protein (optional)
